There is a Collision Damage Reduction (CDR) Fee of $12.00/day for travel trailers. In the event of loss or damage to the trailer, whether or not due to the fault of the renter, the renter’s responsibility for accidental collision or upset damage or loss from fire, theft, vandalism, or other physical causes won’t exceed $250 per occurrence. In the event of certain specified damages that may involve a lack of due care and prudence, the damage deductible is $1,000 per occurrence. There is no limit, however, if the trailer incurs loss or damage caused by prohibited use or abuse of the trailer. FOX RV Rentals is not liable for loss of personal property, nor does it cover costs of accommodation or replacement of the trailer, should an accident occur that makes the trailer unusable. |
