Reservations A $250 deposit is required when making a reservation.

Payment Full payment is required 30 days prior to departure. If payment is not received 30 prior to date of pickup, the reservation will be cancelled and the booking deposit will be forfeited. Payment can be made by cash or check. Please make checks payable to “FOX RV Rentals”.

Security Deposit The $250 reservation deposit is applied as a security deposit upon receipt of payment of the rental charges. The deposit will be refunded if the trailer is returned on time, undamaged, clean, equipment complete, and holding tanks empty. Security deposit refunds are mailed within 72 hours of trailer return.

Cancellation Policy If a booking is cancelled in the period shown in Column A, the amount payable is the amount shown in Column B.

Pickup & Returns Pickup days in Lethbridge are Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. Pickup days in Medicine Hat are Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Pick-ups begin at the top of the hour between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Your pick-up time must be pre-booked. Time will be spent to acquaint you with the operation of the trailer. Please allow 30 to 60 minutes for instruction and paperwork.

Returns must be done before 11:00 am. A late charge of $25 per hour will apply.

There will be no refund for early returns or late pickups.

Rental Period Rental charges are based on the number of nights the trailer used. Each night constitutes a rental day.

Spring and Fall The minimum rental period is 4 days in the Spring and Fall. In Lethbridge, weekend rentals may be picked up on Wednesday and returned Monday; long weekend rentals may be picked up on Wednesday and returned on Tuesday. In Medicine Hat, weekend rentals may be picked up on Thursday and returned Monday; long weekend rentals may be picked up on Thursday and returned on Tuesday.

Summer The minimum rental period is 7 days in the Summer. Shorter periods may be available between other bookings. Call for last minute weekend plans.

Pets / Smoking Sorry, no pets or smoking in the trailers. A $250 cleaning fee will apply.

Exterior Storage Storing items on the trailer roof or exterior is not permitted.

Electrical Power For full enjoyment of your rental trailer, we strongly recommend a campsite with electrical service. We will ensure that your battery is fully charged at departure. We even include an extra fully charged deep-cycle RV battery. However, batteries will deplete with extended use. We will not be held responsible for loss of furnace, refrigerator, lights, water pump, etc. caused by a low or dead auxiliary battery if you are not plugged into a 110-volt electrical campsite hook-up.

Substitutions / Responsibility / Changes FOX RV Rentals will make ever effort to provide the model requested. We do reserve the right, however, to substitute models of similar or larger size. If for any reason beyond our control a trailer is not available, FOX RV Rentals' only responsibility is to refund all payments that the customer has made to us. All rental prices, policies and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Cleaning Service Now Available! We are proud of the condition of our units. We are fussy and our customers appreciate it! They constantly tell us how impressed they are with the immaculate cleanliness of our trailers. Some have requested a cleaning service so they do not have to spend vacation time cleaning their trailer when they return.

In response, we are now pleased to offer an Optional Pre-Paid Cleaning Service for only $39. This option must be taken prior to departure. If you prepay this fee, you can return the trailer after your trip and we will clean the interior and exterior for you and empty the waste tanks. This fee only covers “normal cleaning”. It does not include “excessive cleaning”. Extra charges will apply for abusive filth, smoking, pets, stains, paint, tree sap, road tar, excessive bugs, etc. “Normal cleaning” that is not prepaid, tank evacuation that is not prepaid, and “excessive cleaning” is charged at a rate of $45/hour. The average charges are: interior cleaning - 2 hours; exterior cleaning - 1½ hours; evacuating waste tanks - ¾ hours.
